How will my Breezer bike be delivered?
All bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers in a heavy-duty protective box. Each bike arrives 85% assembled; you will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat post.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames and components?
Yes, all Breezer frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and suspension forks are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one year from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for all bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs using our approved bike-specific carriers.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' based on rider height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the continental United States and Canada. For other international locations, please contact our support team to find an authorized local Breezer dealer in your region.
Can I finance my purchase?
