Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for oversized bike boxes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
